January 15th, 2015 Chris Brown’s Probation Revoked After 2 Scary Club Shootings

Breezy can’t catch a break! A judge is revoking Chris’ probation in his 2009 Rihanna assault case after the singer got caught in the middle of two separate shootings at nightclubs in San Jose and L.A.

Even though Chris Brown, 25, was, as far as we know, an innocent bystander in the two terrifying shootings, a judge has decided to revoke Chris’ probation and schedule a formal hearing to determine whether the “Loyal” singer played any part in the felonies.

It’s no secret that trouble seems to follow Chris around wherever we goes, but we can’t help but feel for him this time. After all, how could he have predicted either of the scary shootings that he was present for? 

Chris went to court for a routine progress report on Jan. 15, and the judge had some major concerns about the singer’s recent activity, TMZ reports. The judge was not happy about the fact that Chris was in the room for not one but two shootings in the past five months — the first one at his pre-VMAs party at 1Oak nightclub in West Hollywood on Aug. 24, and the second one at a San Jose nightclub on Jan. 11.

Chris was on stage performing when both shootings went down, so we’re not sure how he could have been behind either of them, but the judge wants to review any evidence in the cases in a formal hearing on March 20, according to TMZ.
To make matters worse, Chris was never supposed to be in San Jose in the first place. He left the county without getting permission from the court, thereby violating his probation.
If the judge finds Chris at fault in the shootings, he could be facing serious prison time.

Chris Brown Club Shooting: Karrueche Tran Convinces Him To Cancel Shows

At least one person is looking out for Chris during this tough time. His on-again, off-again love Karrueche Tran, 26, convinced him to cancel some of his club appearances in hopes of keeping him out of harm’s way.
“Karrueche told him that she was getting a million dollar life insurance policy on him,” a source told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “She was absolutely serious too. She wasn’t playing and she had been researching it online and filling out the enrollment forms right in front of him.
Thankfully, this really hit home for Chris.
“In that very moment, he woke up. He realized that Karrueche was real serious about his safety much more than he was. In that moment he knew that his life could be gone in the blink of an eye and that’s when he decided to take action,” our source added. “He realizes that he can’t control what other people do but he can control the situations and environments that he’s in.
