Justin Bieber REFUSES To Fly To Miami For A Hearing In His Paparazzi Lawsuit Because It's Too Expensive To Fuel Up His Private Jet!

Two years ago, Justin Bieber was accused of beating up a photog by the name of Jeffrey Binion in Miami, Florida and the legal case is still an ongoing battle.
Just last year the Biebs went in for a deposition and it didn't exactly go too well.

Fast forward to present time, where the popstar is being required to go in for a mediation hearing with the photographer who's suing him — and Justin is making all sorts of excuses.
First of all, Bieberoni refuses to fly commercial AND he says it's way too expensive to fuel up his private jet for a quick trip to Miami. His solution for all of this is to do a video chat.
Win-win situation for all, right?
According to documents filed by JB, the singer is asking a judge to grant him a pass on appearing in person for Jeffrey's lawsuit.
Justin is also saying he's too busy working on a new album to fly to Miami AND it'll cost him over $68,000 to fly himself plus his entourage.

However, the photog's lawyers kindly reminded JB he could totally snatch a first class commercial flight for roughly $1,000 — what a steal compared to the $68K, right?!
Apparently the judge agreed with Jeffrey's team and is requesting Justin be in Miami before March 20 for the hearing.
Sorry, Justin. You can't always get what you want!
Maybe next time commit some crimes in California instead?? LOLz! Just kidding.
